Pesto Chicken

this recipe is so easy to make and it turned out to be very delicious!! my picky boyfriend was amazed by how good it was. i used less spicy brown mustard than what was required and added a little bit more mozzarella (if you like a lot of cheese). i love this recipe because it's very flexible and very easy to double or triple if you were to have a party. love love love it!

I had my doubts when preparing the pesto mixture and with the odor of the dijon emanating from the oven. However, it was very tasty and my boys, for whom I had harbored the doubts would dislike the meal, surprised me by requesting 2nds and 3rds! Thought I could use the mixture for stuffing the breasts the next time too!

Very flavorful.

I used 1/8 a cup of brown spicy mustard and 1/2 a cup of pesto. It was the best pesto chicken I've ever had. I also used the rest of the pesto on linguni and used it as a bed for the chicken.

This was a wonderful recipe to make for myself or for others, including my mother and my boyfriend. Would there be anyway to bake this chicken alongside some pasta however? <<< From Mary, Kraft Kitchens Expert ~ It is not necessary to bake pasta alongside the chicken. While the chicken is in the oven, prepare pasta as directed on package directions, then toss with additional pesto. Chicken should be ready to come out of the oven at the same time. >>>

This was delicious and so easy. Especially good if you like mustard flavor; if not just decrease the mustard a bit in the recipe...I'm sure it would still be wonderful. Will definitely make this again.

This was a great, easy dish. I used spicy brown mustard and it was perfect. You may want to try that. Only a few ingredients, it couldn't be easier!

Way too much mustard

I have made this recipe several times for family and friends...it never ceases to please. In fact we're having it tonight.

For something so quick and easy to make, it was a very delicious dish. I'm always happy when I don't have to sacrifice good food due to lack of time or energy.
