This is so good and very colorful~! I had to make this for a class project and the parents thought it was so GOOD~! I added more Pesto Sauce and used 2 Lemons~!

We had fresh strawberries on hand and served them for the kids, it ended up complimenting the pesto chicken nicely.

Easy to make and lots of flavor. I didn't put as much dijon mustard as the recipe called for. Was a little leery of so much, but will probably do so next time. Flavors were good together. An easy dish to pair with numerous side dishes or just italian bread and side salad.
