I made this last night and my husband and I really liked it. It was also very easy and quick to make. My daughter didn't like it (she's 7) so it may not be the best choice for picky eaters. I only used 1/2 of the mustard that the recipe called for which turned out good for us. The recipe lends itself to additions / subtractions. My husband suggested adding Italian sausage or chicken. I'm definitely going to make it the next time I have people over for dinner. Enjoy!

This recipe was good and easy to prepare. After the taste test, I felt it needed more 'spicing up,' as it was too bland. I added salt, ground pepper and just enouh crushed red pepper flakes to give it a more flavorful zest. Also, added a few more cloves of garlic (we love garlic). Thank you,

the recipe was very easy and I had all the ingredients on hand. My whole family loved it. I will definately use this as a non-meat alternative.

For a lower fat content, use only 1/4 to 1/2 of the cream and substitute canned vegetable broth for the rest.

I can't wait to try this recipe - when I do make it, I plan to use non-fat half and half to keep the fat content down. Sounds yummy!

I plan on making this tonight, so I will try to remember to return to add a rating. M comment is that I plan to substitute evaporated skim milk for the cream. I have to watch my saturated fat intake.

Very good. I used finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, but I think it would be better if they were kept in larger pieces.

I never would have thought of Grey Poupon! The combination of sun-dried tomatoes, pasta and mustard is awesome!

This was a very tasty dish! I was a little leery of the mustard in the dish and considered leaving it out, but I went ahead and prepared it as specified in the recipe and it was delicious. My family loved it as well. The mustard taste wasn't very strong and the tomatoes added a lot of flavor. The sauce almost seemed like it had cheese in it--probably from the cream. Anyway, I'll be preparing this again.
