So easy and delicious. I now am in charge of pecan pie for all the family gatherings. I use closer to 2 cups of pecans instead of 1.

Yes, I would make it again..but not with the time frame that it has you put use. Very tasty though.

I made this for Thanksgiving last year and they wanted me to make it again this year. Last year, it was fabulous. This year, it didn't set as well. I don't know what I did differently, but it was more like a spoon-it pie this year, rather than a use-with-fork pie.

I love pecan pie and was looking for a good recipe for pecan pie. I tried it for Thanksgiving last year and it was a hit. I will definetly try this again.

This is my favorite pie, but I strongly suggest making your own crust or trying a crust first, because the crust I happened to buy was very bitter and didn't go well with the recipe.
