I made this recipe last night for dinner. Even my husband, who is not fond of broccoli, found it to be pretty good. I love the crispiness of the cracker topping and the way the broccoli and chicken compliment each other. I will make this again.

I reviewed some of the other comments before making this. And I also added some cream of chicken soup in the mix as I am not a big fan of the velvetta cheese (hubby does!). Even tho he really liked this, he thought a tad rich. I thought was pretty good but a no go with my kids.
