This was amazing! It was actually pretty easy to make. I would say this is good for brunch or even dessert! It is really good the first and second day...after that, it sort of dries out and isn't as tastey! I think Fresh cranberries is the way to go versus dried ones. I think this would be good for fall holidays as well

Everyone loved this bread! I have made it numerous times and each time got great reviews. The second time I used half wheat flour and an egg, since I didn’t have substitute on hand. Came out great!

This was awesome!! I used 1/2c whole wheat flour and 1c reg flour; I also used 1/2c sugar and 1/4c splenda. This is one of the best breads I have ever made. I cooked it at 325 (convection) for 50 min and it was perfect! It tasted like a brown sugar cinnamon apple bread...and the cranberries and the a great tang to it! It makes a nice, large loaf too. Make it, you won't be sorry!

After making this bread for Christmas dinner, I tried making it as muffins and worked out well. Just spray muffin tins with nonstick spray, fill cups 2/3 full and bake 350 for 15 - 17 min. This would make a great brunch item!!!

Nice flavor, texture and moist consistency. The apples add a lot. I made this for Thanksgiving for my family and will make it for Chirstmas gifts for neighbors instead of the standard cranberry nut bread.

This recipe makes a delicious bread. I substituted 1 egg for the cholesterol-free egg product and I increased the cinnamon to 1 1/2 tsp. My daughter has a nut allergy so we left out the nuts and it was still fantastic. Everyone loved it!
