Great combination of cranberries and apples. Very moist bread. More like a cake though than a bread, but good recipe.

This bread is very tasty. We have a huge strawberry patch. And since i didn't have any cranberries i substituted strawberries for the cranberries and left out the nuts. I quartered the strawberries. I also used a little more than a cup of strawberries since i left out the nuts. I loved this bread so much! Try this version.

My family loved this bread! It was very flavorful and moist. The loaf was gone within hours of taking it out of the oven. I will definitely make this again!

This was very good - personally i added a little more cinnamon and needed to shorten the cooking time a bit. But overall, it was great!!

I thought this recipie was great. I added 1/2 cup wheat flour in place of part of the white. I ran out of white sugar so i substituted half of the sugar with brown. Then Ii topped it with a little brown sugar and cinnamon to give it a crunchy top. Great! Maybe next time I would add more cinnamon to the batter.

I thought this was a great recipe. I made a few changes: whole wheat flour instead of white, less sugar, no oil, and a little milk to make it moister. It turned out to be delicious!
