We just finished dinner and I had to write and say how big of a hit this recipe was! I don't cook with Grey Poupon or any of the dijon mustards because it upsets my hubby's tummy. I subsituted Spicy Brown mustard. Also, I didn't have any soy sauce, I used Angostura Teriyaki sauce instead. My hubby (who is picky) asked that I fix this recipe again!
This was the first time I made pork chops & it was AMAZING! I didn't have the Honey mustard so I did dijon & some honey-my whole family ate it up!! I also broiled it-use tin foil with your broiler pan!!
Me and my extremely picky husband both really enjoyed this recipe. I usually do not like mustard so I added some honey as other members stated they had done. I used my broiler and the chops came out tender and flavorful. They were easy to make and I will definitely use this recipe again.
This was easy and delicious. I will make this again and again!
Loved these...I broiled them til they had a little char so they tasted just like grilled...the sauce was delicious
This was so easy to prepare and the flavor was wonderful. I added a tbsp of honey in addition to the honey mustard for a tad more sweetness. I used all the sauce for basting and didn't want or need more - the chops were succulent and tender. My husband absolutely loved this dish!
This was simple to make and it tasted delicious. I baked the pork chops rather than grilling, and they came out great. This is a keeper!
This is SO good, I could eat it every day. I also tried the sauce on turkey and chicken, each coming out fantastic. Super treat to the taste buds!
Wait to brush with mustard mixture until the end of grilling. It gives it more flavor and a great looking glaze.
The sauce is delicious and easy to make.
