I made this recipe with pinto beans. It was a little spicier than I like, but next time I will try regular A.1. I will be trying this one again.

I just made this recipe for the first time, but I subsitituted ground beef for the meat, & onion powder for the onions since I didn't have either. I added crushed red pepper & cajun seasonings & topped it with mozz. cheese. My husband & I both loved it. He ate it with rice in the tortilla, and I tore up the tortilla & ate it all over the rice. YUM!! A+++

use ground round instead of cubed beef .and i would use different spices like chili powder and a little dash of cayenne pepper .i would use a mixture of beans ;chili beans and red kidney beans'
