I hate raisins so I always substitute dried cranberries. They worked very well with the coconut!

This is excellent. I hate walnuts, so I just used a little more coconut and raisins. It turned out perfectly and was so easy and yummy.

GREAT!!!! I used chocolate chips in place of the raisins and this was excellent!! Always a hit with everyone when I make this!

I actually added in semi-sweet chips instead, but they worked just as well. Had also used M &M's... do not really recommend as they don't mix well with the semi-sweet taste. Very good overall!!

I'm not a fan of raisins.. so i used white chocolate. Everyone loved it.

This is one of my favorites. The only problem is trying not to eat the whole pan. I do not put in the raisins and I add a little extra chocolate.
