Made this recipe the other day for what was probably the 4th time. Chicken always comes out moist and delicious. We are not big fans of swiss so I have used montery jack and gouda cheese in the past. My husband the picky eater loves this.

Pretty easy to make! first time I have ever tried to flatten chicken breasts so that I may have to get better at, otherwise, I substituted provolone instead of swiss, and they were delicious!!!!!!!! you won't regret trying this recipe! ps. use toothpicks to hold the rolls together!

It was really easy. And I made a hollandaise sauce (Knorr in a packet) Not everyone likes swiss cheese so I made some with mozzerella. It was a hit. So easy and very good.
