Beef and Noodle Stew

Wonderful winter time stew!!! We always have this on new years day!!! the family LOVES It!!!!

The whole family like this. The pasta is a nice touch for stew.

The kids "sorta" liked this recipe (I think the spinach turned them off). Next time I'll use a different cut of meat too, as the round steak was a bit tough. Very tasty broth, the A-1 was the key!

Thought this was very good and simple. I think I would add a little more A-1 next time.

Very Good For a Cold Day!! I made a few changes to it, used pork meat (we raise pork so I have an abundance of it), added potatoes, used worchestershire sauce instead of A1, and omitted the spinach (didn't have any) and it was great! Leftovers were good for work lunches. I think next time I will get spinach for it to add some color and a little more flavor, other than that it was great!

Since I didn't have crushed red pepper, I used a steak seasoning instead. I also used beef stew and cut the pieces small. The recipe is really good but be sure to add some spice!

this was quite spicy, if you have younger kids maybe leave the pepper flakes out. my younger ones didnt like it at all. i used frozen tortellini, very good flavors. i would make it again just vary a few things so its not so spicy.

I agree, it is more a soup, but it was VERY good! Big hit with my kids (very picky). I substituted what I had on hand, which was frozen cheese tortellini, for the pasta and my tomatoes were a can of basil with Italian flavor. Only had frozen spinach, used 1\2 the package, tasted great! Hubby loved it!! Will definately make again!
