This was ok - great since it wasn't dry, but a little lack luster on the texture or something. I may make this again but maybe top with mustard, then breadcrumbs, then almonds...? Either way, not too bad.

This is made frequently in our house. My son and daughter (who don't like mustard) eat it all up. It's very good.

the almonds covering the chicken held in all the juices and made it very tender. the taste consisted of mostly the mustard, even ater adding some spices like garlic powder and poultry seasoning. next time i think i will add more seasonings to add depth to the taste. one problem i had was the cooking time of the chicken--i had to cook it about twice the time reccomended before the it was 165. all in all, a great recipe and my boyfriend absolutely loved it.

I don't know if i like or dislike the dijon mustard taste. I think it was a little bit sour. I would still make it again but maybe serve it with a pasta or cut up in a salad.

Incredibly quick and easy to make. Very tasty but I think I will try it with honey mustard next time.

Have made this several times now and boyfriend still loves it!! I have used spicy mustard too every so often. I also cover the dish with foil, keeps the chicken really tender.
