So easy and simple, yet added so much to the chicken! I will definitely be making this again as it was a family favorite!

The mayo balances the dijon. Yummy!

Talk about easy! This recipe is a snap to make, and the leftover chicken was good the next day added to a leafy salad. Next time, I'll ease up a bit on the mustard for a lighter flavor, but otherwise fantastic!

Delicious! The only thing we would have done differently is either pound the chicken breast of cut it in thinner pieces. The flavor was delightful and it was an easy dish to prepare. We will certainly use this recipe again.

This was quick and delicious. I used Tilapia instead and it was a hit with the whole family. Also used it with german mustard.

WOW! Made this for dinner and the extra chicken was diced the next day and tomatoes and lettuce added for a spectacular chicken salad! Will make again and again and bigger porportions for more leftovers! Try it, you're gonna like it!

This was excellent! So quick and juicy and tasty! I used chopped pecans instead of almonds because that's what I had on hand. Let me just say, I didn't have one piece left to take for lunch the next day as my fiance' ate every last morsel! We're having it again tomorrow night.

I loved this! Was a little worried about how mustard-y it would taste, but it was perfect, and the almonds...yummy. Boyfriend didn't like it, but he hates mustard (and most new things) anyway. I will eat it again!
