Loved this! My husband called this recipe a "slam dunk". I cut the breasts in half, then placed b/t wax paper and pounded the chicken to 1/2 inch. I also put some marinated artichoke hearts in the baking dish. I covered w/ foil for half of the cooking time, and uncovered for half to brown the almonds. Fabulous, and cooked in 25 min.

It was ok. I think next time I'll cover it with foil so it won't dry out. I did like the flavor of the almonds.

It would have taken longer to bake, but I sliced the chicken breasts horizontally to make them thinner. Tasty, but too strong a mustard flavor. Next time will use 1/2 the mustard.

First of all, it did not take 20-25 minutes in the oven...try more like 40! The overall taste was "okay." I will have to think about whether or not I will try it again.

I trie this recipe last nite and both my husband and I really liked it...a lot!! Will keep this on my list of quick, easy and great tasting recipes! I did use large chicken breasts and had to bake 20 min longer, but was careful not to overbake them.

It was fabulous! I served it with steamed carrots in an apricot glaze. Definitely a keeper!
