Very tasty! The whole family (even the 4 year old) loved it. The almonds give it a good flavor.

This is such a simple, easy, new idea for chicken! Two minutes preparation, some steamed vegetables and a whole wheat pasta side make this any easy any night dinner! From start to eating, about 35 minutes. Too easy! My husband wants me to try it on a hearty fish (he wants me to try salmon), which I intend to do. I think it will be another delicious entree!

I absolutely loved this. It was simple and taked great. I cut the chicken up and ate it in a salad, i used the topping for my dressing, so I did not add any. GREAT quick meal;

I LIKED THIS RECIPE AND SO DID MY FAMILY. THE ONLY THING I DID DIFFERENT WAS RUBBED THE BREAST WITH POULTRY SEASONING AND LET THEM SIT FOR A WHILE.

We loved this. Very moist. We sprinkled parmesan cheese on it for a little extra flavor. Very easy to make on a week night.

Not fantastic, but tender, moist and the almonds are a nice touch for a weeknight meal.

This was Delicious !! I used 6 skinless breasts and put more mayo and used Honey mustard instead. Also Melted 2Tbsp margarine and stirred in a cup of bread crumbs with my almonds to put on top. Cooked 375 degrees for 40 min. Covered with aluminum the first 20 minutes then uncovered so almonds and bread crumbs could brown. Very Good !!!
