This was my first attempt at making prime rib at home. We had this for Christmas dinner. It was so easy, smelled great while it cooked, and tasted wonderful. Will definitely make it again!

I've made this prime rib several times and my guests always love it! It smells so good as it's cooking too. I make plenty so we can have left over prime rib sandwiches! It's one of the best recipes I've ever used.

This was the first prime rib I've made and it turned out better than I expected. It was easy to make and all my friends loved it; they asked how I made it and one even said he would pay for prime rib to be that good.
