I made these potatoes for Thanksgiving and my family loved them! They are the best mashed potatoes I've had, but I love garlic so that may be why. However, we have a few picky eaters in the family and they too loved them and went back for seconds. The one suggestion that I would make is to add a little bit of milk to the recipe.

It has a strong garlic flavor, so you may want to cut back a bit if you are not a huge fan of the flavor. I also tried to freeze it, but it was much better the first time around.

My boyfriend was in heaven!!! lol daughter said it was yummy, tasted like ranch. Soo good. Did cut down on the cream cheese tho.
