Best. Mashed Potatoes. Ever. But then, considering cream cheese and fresh garlic are involved, it's really an unfair competition.

They were stick to your ribs good but I'll probably lower the amount of cream cheese I use next time. My 10 year old loved them while my hubby thought they were to sticky.

This recipe was okay...I liked it (mostly because it was easy!), but my husband and son did NOT!

The flavor was very good. I used a little milk and not as much cream cheese, but they were still very creamy.

Used a little less cream cheese and added some milk - turned out wonderful! Will probably add a bit more garlic next time, but I really love garlic.

I added a small tub of (fat free)sour cream...made it a little creamier. If you let your cream cheese (fat free, too) get to room temp or close it is very easy to mix in. My family loves this recipe

Maybe its just my sensitive taste buds, but the cream cheese didn't exactly taste very good with the mashed potatoes. I told the family they didnt have to eat them. Gross. And they were so thick that I killed the electric mixer.

These potatoes came out so creamy and tasty. The garlic gives them such a nice taste. Very enjoyable.

This was excellent! I added 1/2 cup of chicken broth one time and it was even better. My kids love it both ways...I couldnt believe it. I now have to win my mother over!

I don't cook often but had a dinner party for 11. Grilled steaks and made garlic mashed potatoes from this recipe. I used a 5lb bag of potatoes and added the ingredience to taste. Everyone raved about the potatoes. The texture and taste was perfect. I had just enough left over for 4 the next night - topped them with butter and salt, microwaved them.... even better! I am the master of garlic mashed potatoes now and this is the only way I will serve potatoes for my dinners! This recipe is as good as any restaurant! Easy to make, too! Because this was a 5lb bag of potatoes, I added a splash of water plus another 1/2 tub of cream cheese. PERRRFECT..!!
