I made this recipe tonight and my husband loved it! My son was a bit on the fence, but he's really picky. I have been wanting to make garlic mashed potatoes for quite some time but could not find a really good sounding recipe until now! Thanks! This will definitely make more appearances on my dinner table in the future.

this is a great recipe, but i cooked the potatoes in swanson chicken broth with garlic, it adds great flavor,,makes them creamier awsome.

I fixed the potatoes to go with the prime rib roast on Christmas evening and it complimented the dinner elegantly.

Very good and creamy! Although, the cream cheese isn't that distinctive. Milk and butter accomplish the same thing. Still, it was very good. I added more garlic than was called, but we love garlic at our house.

A favorite in our house for an everyday side or for special gatherings. I add chives (green onions) to give it a little more flavor.

Very good! I used red potatoes, leaving the skin on for color. I also added way more garlic, mainly because we love garlic at my house. I also added coarsely ground pepper for a little spice. Overall, very, very easy to make and perfect for holiday meals!

Made these for dinner with Salisbury Steak. Great flavor! Everyone raved.
