Best. Mashed Potatoes. Ever. But then, considering cream cheese and fresh garlic are involved, it's really an unfair competition.

These were a hit! Next time I will add a few chopped chives. Really good with a plain meat.

The potatoes came out so thick that I cut the amount of cream cheese and added sour cream and a little milk. It was still a great EASY recipe and goes into regular rotation at my house.

We made this recipe for the first time at Thanksgiving. It was an instant success. Texture, and consistency were excellent. The flavor brought smiles, and nods of approval from everyone. Left overs weren't a problem. There weren't any. Great recipe.

I am making this for the second time tonight! My family loves them. It is so easy and great tasting. I used the chive and onion cream cheese instead of the regular and it was great!

I thought I would like this but they turned out horribly!! They were dry and even with added butter they still were horrible!!!! Cream cheese with potatoes apparently is not a good combo for me.

I made this on Thanksgiving and it was a huge hit! I myself do not like potatoes, but my husband made them again a few days later! He just loved them, and we will make them again.

Made this as a side for our Thanksgiving dinner. It was so delicious. My family just loved it. It was so easy to make. Adding the garlic to the boiling potatoes was a great idea! Thanks !
