I made this dish for a couple dish to pass dinner. Needless to say I did not bring home any left overs. Everyone enjoyed it. My family is asking me to make it again.

I like a little real butter and cut oil in half

I added salt and pepper along with a splash of sherry. Also used low fat butter with half the oil.

This was excellent !! Easy and fast. My hubby even liked it which is a big plus. Note: I used Non-fat feta cheese for a lowfat dish.

An easy and tasty way to serve spinach to the fussy eaters in my family. The second time, I sprinkled on some Athenos Crumbled Feta in place of the parmesan and it was even better!

Excellent way to get families to eat spinach other than cold! Very fast preparation especially if you use the pre-washed spinach. Yummm
