More garlic would have given it a little more flavor, otherwise really light and tasty.

I made this recipe last night and it was quick, easy, and delicious. I cook for one, so it was very easy to eyeball the smaller portion I wanted. Healthy and delicious!

This was a great help during a desperate time. I had purchased fresh spinach but my family was salad out - so I used this recipe as an alternative to use the mushrooms and spinach I had purchased. I did add a cup of chicken broth as the mushrooms soaked up all the oil and it added more flavor. My teenagers loved it.

My kids hate spinach but graciously agreed to try this. They loved it and asked if i would make it again.What a great way to now include spinach in my familes diet!!

Absolutely wonderful!!! My husband who doesn't eat mushrooms LOVED this recipe!! I used real butter instead of oil and garlic powder.

This was very good and easy to make. I used one 10 oz. package of frozen spinach and garlic salt instead of the reg. salt and a little more pepper and it turned out delicious! Just enough for two!!
