Very good and nutritious. My boyfriend who doesn't even like mushrooms enjoyed it too.

This was an excellent recipe. I made it for just me by not using as many mushrooms and spinach. It was delicious.

Just like the spinach and mushroom side dish I had at an expensive steakhouse. Will definitely make again!

This is my new fav. recipe! I make it even healthier by omitting the oil and parmesan. It is amazing! The flavor is huge.

I love this recipe. It goes well with the South Beach Diet. This recipe makes me feel like I'm not even on a diet. It's so good!!!

I used 2 pkg. of frozen spinach instead of the fresh. I used another suggestion that I read, to use butter instead of the olive oil. My husband & I loved this dish & our kids did too!

Simple and easy to make but my husband wouldn't eat it. I think it may have been the olive oil so next time I'm going to try it with butter.

I make my spinach & mushrooms with soy sauce & onions, skipping the salt and cheese. I also add a little Sirachi (sweet Asian hot sauce) for some extra flavor. YUM!
