This is great for parties and with tortilla chips! I have made this without the jalapenos and salsa. I added shredded cheese. Also- you can mix a packet of taco seasoning with the sour cream to add a little spice. Great recipe!

Left off the guacamole & peppers. Added the taco seasoning to the sour cream. I omitted the salsa. I added shredded taco cheese on top. Big hit with my kids. I make 1/2 of the recipe on Sunday and the other 1/2 on Friday.

I MADE A FEW CHANGES, I LEFT OFF THE GUACAMOLE & PEPPERS. I TOPPED MINE WITH SHREDDED VELVEETA, CHOPPED GREEN ONIONS, DICED BLACK OLIVES & DICED TOMATOES. PLUS I STIRRED IN A HALF A PACKAGE OF TACO SEASONING IN THE BEANS.

Very simple to make and it was a great hit. Left off Guac and added Shr. Cheese, and got regular tortilla chips. My hubby wants this recipe for football season. Will definately make again !!!!
