easy to make and easy to adapt. Don't like guacamole? Just leave it off,and add a layer of cheese or chopped bell peppers.Made this for a big party where I needed one more dish. This was perfect, and disappeared quickly.

This is good, but instead of salsa, I used fresh tomatoes, cilantro and lime juice and put the salsa on the side. I also added shredded cheddar and monterey jack cheese. The wheat thins were a great alternative to ordinary nacho chips.

This dip is an excellant dip for football parties, birthday parties, slumber parties, etc. I even make it for lunch sometimes as a treat. I also serve it with broken tacos and nacho chips. you cannot go wrong with this dip.
