Very good. Even hubby enjoyed it! I added extra carrots and celery and a little bit less water. I like my soup more "chunky" and less "brothy." I also added some pepper and garlic powder. It was really good! Excellent, quick way to use left overs... I made it when I came home from shopping after Black Friday.

I used rice instead of pasta. My family loved it.

The soup is very good, and easy to prepare. I added Fresh Spinach which gave it a wonderful taste.

I added some parsnips and chopped up a 1/2 cup of leeks and a small bay leaf. Barbie 726

I think sodium per serving is much too high. I used low sodium, low fat broth to address this.

This recipe is easy & has a fantastic flavor. I have made it several times for family, friends, & co-workers. My young children love it too! This recipe will stay in my recipe box.
