Great change in pace by using turkey but still hearty & filling like chicken noodle soup.

I've made this several times, but I used chicken instead of turkey. If you want leftovers however, I'd double the recipe.

Everytime we had a turkey left over I always made this. I cooked big time and I gave my neighbor! She said, it was excellent!!! We always love this recipe. My husband was very proud of me. Thank you so much!

This was excellent. I added more celery, carrots, and onions, plus I diced a few Roma tomatoes and added with pepper to taste. My husband is very fussy.... This recipe is a keeper! Thank you!

Next time I am doubling this recipe and freezing the rest for later! I couldn't believe how tasty this was. I added a half cup of noodles to the recipe because I enjoy them and next time I will add more celery and carrots as well. Very easy and very good.

Oh my goodness this was the best homemade soup ever. So easy, fast, and quick to make. My 8 yr. old daughter helped make it and she loved it because it was done that night for dinner. One thing is to add more chicken broth to it. Next time I am going to try it with chiken. Husband loved it.
