Very simple recipe. This was quick and easy to make. You could always use chicken instead of turkey but either way you can't lose. Tastes just like mom used to make! I suggest you keep this recipe on hand during the Turkey Holidays :) Yum!

My husband LIKED it. He isn't much for soups, other than chile and bean. I made another batch bcause it was sooo good. I added an extra carrot and 1/2 cup of peas. Used whatever past I had on hand. I like the idea that it is so easy.

This is an awesome recipe, becuase it also allows you to tweek it to your family's preference. My family LOVES garlic, so I added lots of it to the recipe! Experiment with the basic recipe, and add items that your family will enjoy!

This soup has great flavor. I used Garlic & Herb Good Seasons dressing mix instead of Italian. I had never used dressing mix as seasoning but it was very good.

My husband absolutely loved this soup. Very good use of leftover turkey. Sprinkling on Parmesan cheese definitely added a great twist. And as with all soups tasted even better the next day.

The best thing about this recipe is that it took all of one hour to cook. The kids liked it and the leftovers were even better.
