My husband rarely uses the word excellent and he said this was "excellent." My grand-children stopped by to see me after just eating out and still wanted a taste. The 4 yr. old said "no thanks" as an after thought, but tasted her brother's and begged to take some home for dinner the next day! 8 yr. old loved it, too. Definitely will make it again! I did add more seasoning and parsley flakes to original recipe.

My 13 yr old son, who never likes anything that I make from scratch, said it was great!

This was a great recipe for a very tasty turkey soup! I made one batch for my house and then ended up making another batch for my parents because I knew they'd love it too! Everyone thought it was delicious! Highly Recommended!

Very tasty and very easy!! Great way to use up extra turkey. I might even try it with chicken next time.

I used the turkey broth and the leftover stir-fry carrots I had from Thanksgiving. I wasn't sure if this would be good but it is! I was pleasantly surprised!

This was great and very easy! I've never made soup from leftover turkey and this is probably the first time I did not throw away extra turkey. I will make again and would probably use chicken, just because I only cook turkey on Thanksgiving. This would make a great "chicken soup" recipe for those times when you are feeling a little under the weather like your mom use to make for you.

This soup is so easy and the flavor is just right. I made it in my crock pot. I did not pre-cook the vegetables because they cook in the crock pot. I also left out the pasta but that could be cooked and added just before serving. I enjoyed it without the pasta. This is a soup lovers delight and will be cooking in my kitchen this winter! The smell of this homemade soup is every bit as good as it's taste.

Very good. Even hubby enjoyed it! I added extra carrots and celery and a little bit less water. I like my soup more "chunky" and less "brothy." I also added some pepper and garlic powder. It was really good! Excellent, quick way to use left overs... I made it when I came home from shopping after Black Friday.
