Easy BBQ Ribs

Easy BBQ Ribs recipe
Easy can’t even begin to describe it. We’re talkin’ just two ingredients, but a powerful duo they are. Ribs simmer to get tender, then get grilled with a coating of sauce.

We loved these ribs. The par-boiling made it easy to grill them without burning them. It used to be an ordeal to make ribs, but not any more!

This recipe made the ribs so easy to make. They turned out tender and full of flavor. My family really enjoyed the ribs. I also served the All American Potato Salad with it. Everything was a hit!

I did exactly as the recipe directed, and the ribs were barely edible...they were tough and hard to chew....what happened???

My family has been making this recipe since I was a little girl. Now that I have a family of my own, I still make it...and still love it.

I made this for Father's Day and my husband just loved it. I'm so happy! I boiled the first batch using a dutch oven and broiled it afterwards at 400F for 10 mins since I don't have a grill. For the second batch, I used a pressure cooker for 25 mins to tenderize the ribs (counting starts when weight on top jiggles or when water starts boiling). Then I broiled it with lots of barbecue sauce. It was then that my husband said, "this is great!"

I do a lot of cooking on our grill in the summer. This recipe is easy and tastes great. I would recommend this recipe to anyone who enjoys good barbecue. There were no leftovers. My family wants them again this weekend. I'm doubling the recipe so I will have leftovers for snacks.

These were good ribs, although I didn't feel a recipe was really necessary for these. . . simply ribs + BBQ sauce on the grill. Trezzac -- I just had to comment back, I couldn't resist :) I got a good laugh out of that -- "A cook" is what shows up when someone chooses not to have their name displayed with their comment. It's not all the same person! :) Hehehehe. .

I have made this recipe for many years. Sometimes I mix a few tablespoons of honey to the BBQ sauce. You can also cook it in the oven just by pouring the sauce over it after you drain the boiling water off and cook on 300 for about 1 1/2 hours. No way that boiling makes the meat tough, it only helps make it more tender!!!
