Chocolate Chunk-Caramel Pie

Chocolate Chunk-Caramel Pie recipe
It was easy, except for trying to chop chocolate! The second time I made it using chocolate chips instead choping the bakers chocolate squares into chunks....what a breeze!

REALLY rich, but good. It would have looked better with all the chocolate better. Next time I would mix the chocolate with everything.

My husband loved this! Oreos stuck to everything but the pie plate! Otherwise very good.

Very good. Definitly double pie filling if your using a store bought crust.

I used a store bought Oreo crust, and as the pie tasted wonderful, the actual pie filling was much too shallow to make an impressive looking dessert. Next time, I would either double the pie filling mixture or make my own crust.

I used ready made choc crust...followed the rest of the recipe....after that I added sliced bananas and drizzled melted choc on top.....was fantastic!

i've made this pie twice now (once for the super bowl and then for easter) and it's been great both times. i wouldn't change a thing about it.

I think it needs more oreo crust. It didn't cover my pie plate. Oreo already made crust would probably work just as well & save time. After this dessert sat in the fridge for a day the crust got hard. I'm disappointed. It looks better than it tastes.

Everyone thought this tasted like a turtle candy! I, too, would suggest using fewer oreos and I doubled the caramels becuse the suggested amount did not fill up the crust. But it was very rich and delicious!

Very Good. Taste just like a snickers bar.
