I made this with a 2lb pre-marinated pork loin, just rolled in the Shake N Bake, I substituted peeled white potatoes for red, added more potatoes and a little more dressing to coat. As most of the others I had to cook a lot longer than called, for 1 1/2 hrs at 400 and I covered it with foil most of that time. It was very juicy and tasted great.

Never thought of Shake N Bake for a pork tenderloin. We love both. How easy and delicious. I always have a couple of tenderloins in the freezer. This will be a repeat for us in the future.

I can't find a pork roast smaller than 3 lb so it took about 90 minutes to cook but turned out very tasty.

Excellent recipe, easy, makes a lot. I also used two tenderloins so I would have left overs and as others have said, there is plenty of Shake 'N Bake to do this. The only problem is that the cooking time is way off. Every time I've baked this according to the directions, the meat has not been done at 25/30 minutes. It takes at least 40 minutes. Otherwise perfect!

This is an amazing recipe! The pork tenderloin takes "tender" to a new level. So delicious! My whole family loves it...even the picky ones!

Really good, but the potatoes never really got soft enough and it took forever for the loin to cook. Much longer than the recipe says. Next time I might try cooking the potatoes seperately.
