I agree the sweet potatoes did need to cook longer, but other than that..full tummies and smiling faces from my dinner table =)

Taste was wonderful, you do need to extend the baking time to about 55 minutes, but I was very disappointed with all the leftover shake and bake that I had. Next time I will pour a little amount at a time and add more if I need it. I felt like it was a bit waste. However, my husband and I finished it off plus the leftovers the next day. (Didn't cook with any vegetables).

I had my mother-inlaw over for this one, we all loved it and it was so easy to make, love those all in one dinners

I love sweet potatoes and I love pork, so this recipe is a no brainer! My husband loved it too. The meat tastes good and is so juicy! The veggies are great as well.

family really enjoyed this - have husband who thinks pork tenderloin can only be done on the grill - but this dish changed his mind!

wonderful. great flavor and easy to make! used small onions with the potatoes and it was great!

Fast and easy preparation. Added fresh mushrooms cut in half during the last 15 minutes of baking. Next time try adding red and green peppers. Will keep ingredients on hand for that surpise company visit. Rave review from my husband.
