TIP: mix it up by changing out the veggies. We've used zucchini, butternut squash, & cauliflower with the sweet potatoes.

THIS IS A QUICK & EASY RECIPE, BUT NEXT TIME, I WOULD USE PLAIN OLIVE OIL ON THE VEGGIES-----I DIDN'T CARE FOR THE DRESSING FLAVOR ON EVERY VEGETABLE & MAKE SURE YOU CUT THEM SMALLER, SINCE THE MEAT WAS DONE BEFORE THEY WERE.

This recipe was quick, easy, and a big hit at a small dinner party. I will definitely make this again.

I have never made anything like this before thinking it might be too complicated, but it was soooo easy. I invited friends over for Easter dinner and they loved it. I recommend it to anyone. If I can do it...YOU can.

My family an I are not huge fans of sweet potato, so I did the squash. We enjoyed it!!

I wanted to give this more stars, but I couldn't!! It was fantastic!! Mine did need about twice as long to cook, but I think I had the oven on the wrong temp from the 4-layer bars I'd made right before. :) ENJOY!!

Great recipe. This is my husbands' favorite dinner now and I make it a few times a month. For variation try a peppercorn marinated pork loin. Really adds a great flavor and the shake and bake seals it in. The cooking time seems to always take longer than the recipe says, so try cutting the potatoes bigger to keep them from scorching.

Another great recipe from the Kraft magazine. Made it for dinner and husband and company raved at how good it was. I used the red and sweet potaotes, and onion, but added a little acorn squash also. It was yummy. Phyllis

The Flavor mixture was perfect, but the bottom of the pork coating gets a little mushy.
