This is very good--nice for Fall. The pork was nice and moist and the vegetables nicely seasoned with the salad dressing.

I really liked this recipe. My family said they would like it better without the sweet potatoes. I will make this dish again.

It was great and very easy to make, I want to try it again with the butternut squash, I highly recommend this dish. Very Tasty.

My husband loved this recipe and he does not care for pork. Only change I made was adding a little brown sugar sprinkled on top of potatoes after pork was removed.

This is so easy to make! And it is so good, the kids even loved it. And they are picky eaters. I highly recommend this recipe--you can't go wrong with this. My husband was very impressed!
