My family loved this biscotti, it was easy and delicious. I ended up not using the fresh lemon peel, just the extract, and it turned out great. I'm sure the peel would add a little more depth of flavor.

These are great, but I think they were a pain to make. It may be b/c I live in an apartment with very little kitchen counter space and I had trouble keeping it from crumbling all over the place, but in the end they turned out very good.

These are more chewy than crunchy- yum! The lemon flavor is so refreshing. It's also an easy recipe to make- you won't be in the kitchen all day! I will most definately be making these often!

The lemony taste only comes out when dunked in coffee.
