I made a similar dessert and hubby loves that one but says this one is similar and less sweet so I would make it again.

These were pretty good. I made them for my family, me and my mom ate them, however my dad ate one and was done. They were very rich, so I would use white chocolate instead of bittersweet, to lessen the richness. I would recommend not softening the butter, makes it harder to make the crumb mixture. Also, you need to refrigerate them when they come out of the oven, otherwise you'll wait for hours for them to cool enough to cut. Other than that it was good.

This recipe was really easy to make and VERY tasty! Served to a guest as well who gave rave reviews. Am serving agan to company this evening. I used walnuts instead of pecans (just what I had on hand) and it worked just as well. I don't even like rasberry excet when paired with chocolate!

I thought these were a little too sweet. The raspberry jam overpowered the chocolate, which wasn't my cup of tea.

These were very tasty and very sweet! I left out the nuts. They were a bit crumbly, but they were just as good eaten with a spoon!

These were great and easy to make. I'm not a nut fan, so just left those out. Don't worry if you don't like coconut, which I do, but you don't even taste it in the recipe. Definitely will make these again!

These were really yummy! I took them to my office and everyone loved them. Mine were not very "chunky" though...the chocolate stayed soft. But , as I said, very good!
