too greasy with all the meat juices on top draining into the potatoes. and the meat had very little flavor

This recipe turned out extremely greasy. The potatoes were swimming in grease when it was all done.

I tried both the recipie and a substitution for the steak sauce for worchestire sauce... both were great, even my PICKY eater ate this one!

I slice the potatoes VERY thin and sprinkle with Tony Cachere cajun seasoning between the layers along with several slices of Velveeta.Also,1/2 cup of chopped onion sprinkled in with the potatoes is also good.If you don't like A1 sauce, just make a simple meatloaf recipe.I've tried it both ways and it is very good.I also bake it for 1 1/2 hours to ensure the potatoes are done.

My husband really liked this. My son and I thought it was ok. I will probably not cook this again.

My husband and kids really loved this recipe, and I was happy to find a recipe that was not your ordinary meatloaf. I like that it had Items that I had on hand. Next time I will add salt and probably use a turkey baster to extract some of the grease that it has as the hamburger cooks. Very easy and tasted great!

This is the BEST meatloaf recipe I have ever made! I usually add more onion & A-1 sauce and also add some Worchestershire sauce just for additional flavor. This one is a keeper - I don't plan on making meatloaf any other way!
