I only used half of the A1 sauce and it was still to much. My family didn't really enjoy this new recipe as much as some of the other ones I have tried. If I made this again I will definitily use even less A1.

i used only half of a bottle of bold A1, and i cooked the beef first in large hamberger steak then drained, then put it on top of the potatos, which i cooked ahead in a skillit

This was great! Then only thing I changed was the A-1, I just cut the amount in half. Oh, I also let the skin on the potatos.

i would make this again. super easy to make, and for my hard to please husband, it was a hit [a very hearty simple dish]. i used a generic bbq sauce instead & the last 15 minutes of baking i took it out to drain & then let it finish cooking. i was sceptical at first because of some of the comments, but i am glad i made it because it was great [ and with a large busy family - - it did not require a lot from me to prepare]. you can get creative or not, either way - - yummy!
