I was looking for something new to make for Easter dinner and so I tried this recipe. It was wonderful and I will be making it again. I am also going to use it for church luncheons.

One sencence summs it up...: My 1 year old LOVED it, as did the rest of the family. The almonds are a bit tricky if you don't watch them, but it was a wonderful new dish!

I'm not a fan of almonds so I left that out. Because I've had dijon overpower other recipes, I decided to go light on it and only use 2 tsp instead of the 2 tbsp that the recipe called for. There was still a definite dijon flavor, but it was perfect! We all loved it!

I am the middle child and the only one who loves to cook. Every time I cook, my older sister requests this. I've made it so many times that I don't like it as much, so I just fix it for her when she visits! It's so easy (after a few times) you don't need the recipe to remember. Works well with snow peas also!

What an easy way to bring a tasty side dish to compliment really any meal. I have served it along side a fresh roast pork dinner as well as kabobs off the grill. Just delicious!

If you like mustard and dill, this is good. I think to lower the tart taste, omit one or other. We like both, so we did like it

I think this is either a love it or hate it recipe. My husband and I really liked it, my teenage boys hated it. I substituted Sunkist Almond Accents (in the original flavor) instead of toasting the almonds myself. I used a little less mustard than called for, and cooked the green beans longer so they weren't so crunchy.

I would make this againand make the revisions as other reviews have stated. Definitley more butter and dill and less lemon and mustard. I was not happy with the outcome of this recipe.
