THe cake was good. but the jello really made the cake soggy.Next time i will take a piece of Cling Wrap and put it into the hollow cake part. then once its set i will put the mold in to the cake part. It was a fun idea though!

For the holidays of winter, I made an ice skating rink... It was a hit! Same recipe, just made the center cut an oval. Still had cool whip for "snow". Teddys can skate! Use thin line of frosting for blades (plus it allows them to stand onthe "ice") Festive pine trees made with variety of sizes of Kraft Marshmallow in a stack. Have fun year-round with this recipe! Thank you, Kraft!

very cute cake but the jello never set so it was a mess to serve but the first impression was worth it!

We made this cake for my son's birthday and it was a huge success everyone loved it and asked where to find the recipe. We also took pictures of the cake. We doubled the recipe though to make it bigger.

I made it for my grandson's 5th birthday party - it was a big hit! Mine was a little 'busier'. I also used two cake mixes it was deeper and moister and made the pool room a little bigger. I used gummy bears and gummy octopi and lots of props. Gumball for beach balls, etc. Was lots of fun and of course the piece the birthday boy wanted? You guessed it, the 'pool' right out of the middle of the cake! He got what he wanted. The pictures of the cake turned out beautifully and I have some helful hints of anyone needs them just let me know.

Since I had a large number of guests, I baked an extra layer of cake and just placed it at the bottom, and put some icing in between. It was the cutest cake ever and perfect for our pool party!!
