What a hit! I took it to a pool party. There was also a cake from a "professional" cake person and this was the most popular. It is not only cute but very tasty. The kids loved having jello with their cake.

Simply adorable! I made this for my daughter's birthday. It tastes great, and I also started to make football fields after my son's winning games.

This is a favorite cake of my daughter and her friends when we are having a pool party. They enjoy discovering what goodies I have hidden in the "pool". I find it an easy cake to make, as well as, refreshing.

I made this cake about 4 years ago and my children never forgot it. We're having a party this weekend and my youngest 2 begged me to make it. It's the perfect summertime treat.

Made this cake for my nieces and nephews. They were so excited. They all wanted to eat the "water". I used "Fruit Stiped" gum to make beach towels and lounge chairs. I used scissors to create the appearance of fringe on the ends of the towels and used gumballs as beach balls. I did use fluffy white icing instead of cool whip. I put the cake on a large deli-type tray that had a matching lid. I turned the lid up and filled it about 1/4 full of ice and placed the tray w/cake over the ice and snaped the tray into lid. The cake set out for over 3 hours without any change in appearance. They really had a lot of fun with this cake!

This cake was so cute and using different jellies from the store made it so easy to make it special. The kids loved it for a cool summer treat!
