I made this for a Christmas party at work. There were three different cheese balls, and mine was the only one that didn't have leftovers.

I did add a couple tablespoons of sour cream to the mixture, so that it wasn't quite as stiff.

This is great, I loved making it and eating it with my family. My family loved it too, they kept on coming over to eat more and more. It was easy to make, and it was so delicious.

I enjoy this. I made it soon as I saw it. I had the items and also some horseradish cheese. It made it taste so good. My husband loves it. We left the nuts off and just did a little saffron instead. I had 1/2 tsp left. We buy it a health food store where it is cheaper so we can do this. I has just a few of them all over it. The flavor and color kick---. IT is great.
