I too have been making this cheese ball for a very long time and everyone loves it. I have always added a few sprinkles of worcestershire sauce in with it. I decrease the amount of blue cheese in half and it's still great.

I have been making this Cheese Ball for over 29 years and it is Always a hit !!! Everytime we are going somewhere that we need to take something I get a request for this cheese ball. At Christmas I roll it in parsley and call it a Moss Ball. I put it on a red paper doily and it is very festive looking, of course I top it with a stemmed marchino cherry for effect, lol. Deb

This was a great addition to our holiday season this past year. I also gave the spread in a crock with a spreader for a little thank you gift to a friend, and her family loved it. I had to give her the recipe. Even those who did not care for blue cheese ate it and liked it.
