Very good and so adaptable to other meats and veggies. A great overall dish to have on my list. I have changed the veggies and occasionally switched the pork chops to chi...read more

Easy, family friendly dinner. Instead of frozen potato wedges, I used small potatoes quartered. I also used Italian seasoned Shake and Bake. Family loved it. I also would cook veggies 10-15 before adding pork chops.

I thought this recipe was horrible the porkchops and vegetables didn't have a flavor at all very bland and oily from the dressing. I think this recipe might be good if you marinated the porkchops in the italian dressing and put them on the grill vs in the oven.

very easy to make. a one dish dinner. my only suggestion would to cook the veggies for 10min. prior to adding pork chops. the first time i made it the veggies were still raw and chops were cooked.

This recipie was very easy to make. The pork chops came out perfect, very moist and delicious, and the veggies tasted great with the italian dressing. I substituted zucchini for the squash, and did not add the potatoes b/c I made mashed potatoes as a side and it still came out great. I would make this again.

Both my husband and 12-year old son loved this and even ate the leftovers! I substitued celery for the squash, which none of us really like, and it was great. The chops stayed moist and reheated well. I will definitely make this again!

I'm always looking for a way to cook porkchops that don't turn out dry. I would try blanching the veggies for a bit and possibly covering the pan with foil for some of the cooking time. Veggies would probably have better flavor if cooked with the chops rather than in a separate pan.
