Great recipe, I didn't have velveeta shells and cheese so I used Kraft deluxe Mac & cheese and I made it separately, I just added the salsa and red pepper at the end. I seasoned the pork chop with salt and fiesta lime seasoning and it tasted great. My husband really enjoyed it too.

Normally I shake & bake my pork chops but I needed something new and different. This recipe was both! After frying the pork chops, I seasoned them with a bit of pepper while I fixed the mac & cheese. Everything came out great. I will definitely fix this again.

I tried the recipe below. YUUUUUUCK! Neither I nor my husband liked it! Meat was done but too tough. I always oven bake my pork chops till the're fall apart tender. I've never had any luck with frying pork chops. The mac and cheese was good, but too spicy. It didn't need a whole green pepper. It didn't need any green pepper. There was already green pepper in the salsa I used. I might make the mac and cheese again by itself to see if I can get it less spicy.

I wanted to try something different and not the same ol same ol thing. Looked on kraft foods and found this my husband said try it and we did. It's really good a bit spicy but good chops came out tender

Absolutely delicious recipe! I'm not much of a cook, but this was very easy to make and it was a hit with my boyfriend. I'll definitely make it again!

Ah-mazing! I made this for my boyfriend and he loved it. The sauce was delicious and rich and tasted a little bit like the queso dip you buy in a jar; I added a dallop of sour cream to the top before serving. Only thing I'd change next time--season the pork chops!

I chose this because it would be a quick weeknight meal. After making it, hese ingredients seemed like a kinda weird combo. Husband said it was "interesting" but he didn't want it again.

I made this for my husband and brother and they were not thrilled with it. These are big guys and I had food left over.
