This was a delicious cheesecake as a WOW! dessert after a heavy meal. The lemon made it light, and refreshing. Even the in laws were impressed!

I put another tbls of lemon juice in it for a little more flavor. I couldn't find the cookies mentioned in this recipe so I used vanilla wafers instead.

This was very good. I couldn't fine the Peek Freans Biscuits so I used Lemon Sandwich cookies. The crust was very good and I will make this again !!!

This cheesecake is great; it is easy to make and has a great lemon flavor (without being sour). I made it for a potluck and everybody loved it.
