my hubby is very picky on what he eats. I tried it with white rice and brown rice. Both ways is very good.

Very easy, very fast and very good. I added cajun spices and chili powder to spice it up.

So good. I didn't have any tomatoes so i substituted with a cup of mild salsa. I'm going to make it again for sure.

I substituted chicken for shrimp and it was amazing! Very quick and easy, my husband loved it!

Hubby was amazed by how good it was. I made it as it directed. Very tasty as is. A dash of hot sauce would be a great addition if you like to kick things up a notch.

I feel it is better with a little less bar-b-que sauce. Company loved it. I used sweet italian sausage.
