It was super easy to make. I used turkey sausage and doubled the amount the receipe called for. My family loved it. I even impressed my husband. I plan to make this one over and over.

This was pretty good. I used sweet sausage instead of hot, but added hot & spicy bbq sauce (all that I had on hand). The shrimp and sausage go really well together. Next time I think I will omit bbq sauce and add some louisiana hot sauce.

This recipe was so good. I added some hot pepper sauce along with the other liquids. My husband & I both enjoyed this very much and I will be making it again very soon.

I have never made jumbalaya before and this was AWESOME! My husband and I loved it! I also substituted an 8 oz can of tomato sauce instead of the BBQ sauce. I also used a can of diced tomatoes with green chilis to add a little spice. I added some black olives and used beef smoked sausage (like you use for cheese & crackers) YUM!!!

I will definately make this again. I did substitute a small can of tomato paste for the barbque sauce and sweet italian sausage instead of hot because of my daughter. It had a great flavor and all the leftovers were finished by the next day. My 6 year old ate two full plates and my husband made me promise that I'd make it again.
